Nippet ("we", "us") is a clipboard and keyboard utility app. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
1) Data we process
- Clipboard snippets and folders you save in the app.
- Subscription status needed to unlock Pro features.
2) How data is stored
- Snippets are stored locally on your device.
- Keyboard/app shared state uses Apple App Groups on your device.
- If you enable iCloud backup/device backup, Apple services may back up app data under your Apple account settings.
3) Data sharing
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not run an external data broker service for your snippets.
- For purchases, Apple and RevenueCat process transaction metadata needed to validate and manage subscriptions.
4) Keyboard permission notice
- The Nippet keyboard requires "Allow Full Access" for clipboard save/paste features.
- Clipboard reads/writes are used only to provide keyboard functionality.
5) Your choices
- You can delete snippets inside the app at any time.
- You can disable keyboard access in iOS Settings.
- You can cancel subscriptions in Apple Subscriptions settings.
6) Children's privacy
Nippet is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.
7) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.

1) License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nippet on Apple devices you own or control.
2) Acceptable use
- Do not use Nippet for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app's normal operation.
3) Service availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability and security.
4) Disclaimer
Nippet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
6) Governing terms
These terms apply in addition to Apple's standard licensed application terms where required.

- Lifetime: $19.99 one-time purchase
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
